A technical delegation headed by the Director General of Directorate for Mine Action, one of the directorates of the Ministry of Health and Environment, visited the Engineering Support Department and Military Engineering Directorate at the Ministry of Defense to congratulate the Lieutenant General Hatam Al-Maksosi on the occasion of assuming the position of the Director of Engineering Support Department and Major General Mohammed Shlif on the occasion of assuming the position of the Director of Military Engineering Directorate.

The Director General of DMA, Eng. Dhafir Mahmood, said that the meeting, who chaired it, attended by the Assistant Director General of DMA, head of RMAC-North, head of Operations Department and head of Planning and Information Department. 

During the visit, he met the Director of Military Engineering Directorate, where the two parts discussed the continuation of joint cooperation and coordination in the implementation of national plans and strategies for minefield clearance and implementing the international obligations.
