On Monday, the Director General of DMA, Eng. Dhafir Mahmood Khalaf, met, in his office, the Director of iMMAP and the delegation accompanying him, and discussed the mechanisms of transition from using IMSMA to IMSMA Core adopted in entering the various data of mine action due to the speed of delivery and high technology at the level information accuracy.

From his part, the spokesperson of DMA explained that the initial trainings will be commenced in this week on the processes of filling out the electronic forms in order to adopt them later instead of the old methods based on the mechanisms of paper entry of information, indicating that this system will save a lot of time, effort and high accuracy at the level of information entry and reduce the occurrence of any errors in it at a high rate.

 It is noteworthy that DMA currently adopts IMSMA  for data entry, while it seeks to develop this system and move to a more technical and modern program called IMSMA Core, in order to provide the highest level of accuracy at the level of sharing information and adopting a database characterized by professionalism and the highest aspect of scientific.
