The Director General of DMA, Eng. Shawkat Tayeh Masoud, supervised a workshop held by DOK ING in Basra Governorate, which specializes in the recent sectors of mine action technologies and techniques.

From his part, the official spokesman of DMA explained that the workshop which was attended by a large number of national authorities from the Ministries of Defense and Interior, as well as shedding light on oil companies representatives and workers in companies and organisations  working in the field of mine action. It witnessed the presentation of distinguished presentations by the company on the latest  innovative technologies by it in the field of using robots to remove mines and IEDs,  clearing battlefield and clearing mines for humanitarian purposes, and what are the modern devices and technologies that can be chosen for the company, which provides multiple methods in mine action in general.

It is noteworthy that DMA was officially established, which includes all the accredited entities working in mine action, regardless of their activities and all their competence.
